Andy is an accomplished “serial petrepreneur” having launched several innovative companies in the pet industry. In his career Andy has been recognized several times for his accomplishments as a pet industry innovator. Some of his awards include, Winner of the 2014 “Pet Age, Top 40 under 40 Award” and recipient of the San Diego Business Journal’s prestigious 2013 “Emerging Generation, Top 25 in their 20’s.”
Andy is Dog Dad to rescue dog Freckles and 3 rescue cats, Eisi, Tebo and Chloe.

Charles is a seasoned operations and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in the retail, services, technology, and financial service sectors. He has had recurring success refining existing operations and his entrepreneurial focus has been key in developing more esoteric concepts and turning them into viable and profitable businesses. His most recent endeavor was working for Petco and developing their Pooch Hotel brand, growing their operations from three to ten hotels.
